At Charted Stitches Studio, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and we do not offer returns or refunds except in specific circumstances as outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Final Sale on Digital Products
1.1 All digital products purchased from Charted Stitches Studio are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once the product has been downloaded or accessed, the sale is considered final.
1.2 By completing your purchase, you agree to this no-return and no-refund policy.
2. Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy
We may offer a refund in the following exceptional circumstances:
2.1 Defective Product: If the digital product is defective and cannot be accessed or used as intended, and the issue cannot be resolved through troubleshooting, we will issue a refund or provide a replacement.
2.2 Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, we will issue a refund for the duplicate transaction upon verification.
2.3 Unauthorized Transaction: If your payment method was used without your authorization to make a purchase, please contact us immediately. Refunds for unauthorized transactions will be processed after verification.

Your full name and email address used for the purchase.
Order ID or transaction receipt.
A detailed description of the issue, including screenshots if applicable.
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Refund approvals are at our sole discretion and may require additional verification.
